EXHALE - ART OF LETTING GO

Thursday 19th March - Our Space 7.30 - 9.15pm

This session, focused around the idea of letting go of what is no longer nourishing, good or healthy for us is inspired particularly by a courageous young woman I am lucky enough to know & love, but also by my own struggles to let go of the idea that I can do everything & keep everybody happy. We all have ideas, habits, anger or attachments that we would be healthier without, this is an opportunity to contemplate and release them, along with our tensions and our stresses.

INHALE - SPRING EQUINOX - ART OF EXPANSION

Friday 20th March - Our Space 7 -10pm

This session is focused around the idea of planting seeds of intention, of awakening intuition & bringing what is nourishing, inspiring and fulfilling into our lives. The yoga practice will include Meditation and relaxation, there will be a light soup & salad supper together after the practice.

These sessions compliment each other, so why not do both. Exhale, let go, release & make space – Inhale expand & start afresh by planting seeds of intention. Join us on Thursday night for yoga tea and snacks at  7.30pm. Then again on Friday at 7pm for yoga, meditation and a supper of seasonal soup and salad.

SEASONAL INTENTIONALITY

These sessions are about our transitioning seasons with grace, awareness and connectivity – this session will be about attuning to the pulse of nature, as spring’s vibrant energy arises.
